It’s September!  We are back!  A big welcome to our new students and warm welcome back to our returning students.  We hope you are looking forward to another wonderful year of learning and fabulous experiences at the University.

We kicked off the new semester with our Freshers events, we invited students to meet the SU staff in the loft and enticed you in with tea and cake.  We held bingo sessions at Orlando Village, a welcome party with free pizza at Popworld and held so many more events including our annual spectacular Freshers Fair and Activities Fair. 

Lots of you will have seen us in your classrooms giving shout-outs, we will continue to do this until we have spoken to all Schools.  We have recruited a great number of Course Reps and will be recruiting more!   We started to train the Society Officers and have lots of new Societies for you to join and take part in exciting activities.  We also have lots of exciting events planned for you.  Come and see us in the SU Office or stop us and say hello, we are the ones in the purple hoodies.  Busy, busy, busy, we love it!
