The opportunity: We also have some limited volunteering opportunities based in our office including administration, reception and foodbank. Whilst not working directly with young people these roles are vital to ensure BLGC can run smoothly and make a difference for young people in Bolton. Flexible, but usually for an hour or two Mon - Friday, between 9am - 5pm. 

Locations: Spa Road, Westhoughton, Barlow Park

When: Dates and times vary across sites, but most evenings and weekends after 4pm

Commitment: We ask for a minimum of 3 months volunteering as our young people need consistent people in their lives and it takes time to develop your skills and confidence. 

 

About the project: Bolton Lads and Girls Club is a youth club and registered charity based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Over 128 years ago, we were one of the first organisations in the North West to recognise the importance of providing young people with a safe haven to spend their free time.
