Welcome to #UniAsItShouldBe at the University of Bolton.

The UniAsItShouldBe Award provides eligible students with funding to purchase resources they will need to succeed on their course and enjoy their time here at the University of Bolton. These funds are given to students as a cashless award which can be spent online at www.uniasitshouldbe.co.uk and in the on campus SU shop. 

The SU shop, located within the Chancellor’s Mall stocks a variety of University of Bolton branded sweatshirts and hoodies along with snacks, sweets and essential stationery, all of which you can purchase with your Uniasitshouldbe award.  

There is no application process and eligible students will receive their funds automatically into their UniAsItShouldBe account which will be created automatically once they have enrolled.

All new full-time undergraduates that enrol into their first year from September 2019 will receive up to £150 in UniAsItShouldBe funds in each year of their studies for the normal duration of their course. To receive the full award each year students must complete the necessary trigger work. This includes completing LEAP Online Activities as well as The Bolton Award.

All eligible postgraduate and masters students that enrol into their first year in September 2020 will receive up to £1000 in UniAsItShouldBe funds depending on their chosen course and in line with 1/3^rd of their course fees being paid.
