Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM will take place on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at 12.30pm in the Loft

The AGM is your opportunity to find out about and take part in the democratic running of Bolton SU. 

It's your opportunity to discuss your views with other members, vote on motions and quiz the President.

The meeting will run as follows: -

2.  Minutes of the previous meeting for approval

3.  Bolton SU Annual Report 2022/2023  

4.  SU President's Report

5.  Consolidated Accounts 2022/23

6.  Affiliations (including any fee paid to such organisation)

7.  Ideas and any proposed amendments to Ideas

8.  Open Idea session/question time

9.  Any other business

Every student at the University of Bolton is invited and encouraged to attend. Just remember to bring your Student ID card as it will be required on entry.

Proposing an Idea (sometimes called a Motion)

Ideas for change can be submitted by any student.  Its a way to tell us what you think the Union should be doing. To find out more about how to write an Idea check out our guide:
