The doctors welcome new patients who live within the practice area. To register with the practice you can either fill in the appropriate part of your medical card or ask the receptionist for a registration form. This practice does not discriminate against race, gender, disability or sex.

If you live in the practice area and would like to register, please complete a registration which available from our reception.  

Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please bring the completed copy into surgery and provide proof by way of a recent utility bill along with one form of photographic ID.  Please note that Visa information will be required for oversees visitors.

All new patients are invited to attend the surgery to have a general health check. This helps us to get to know your medical history while awaiting the arrival of your medical records from your previous doctor.
