Welcome to Bolton Students' Union Student Actvities

We realise that students want more than just an education and want opportunities to pursue an interest or develop a new one.  By joining a Sports Club or a Society you can make new friends, gain new skills and experience new things and get a break from all your studying.

We have several different sports teams playing in the BUCs (British University and College Sport) League.  Many of our teams have been successful in gaining promotion or cup wins, most recently the Men's Basketball Team and Women's Netball team gained promotion to a higher league in the same year!

Don’t worry if sport isn’t your thing.  We have various Societies available giving you great opportunities to meet people with similar interests to yours, share your ideas and express yourself, you may even be inspired to take up a new hobby!

All the Students’ Union activities are run by students and are fully supported through the Student Activities Coordinator, Sue Delanty.
