By our members, for our members - that’s how we’re run. From the way your reps are elected, to the causes we support and the services we offer, it’s vital you have your say.  We have a number of ways you can have your say: -

Student Parliament

The Student Parliament is the highest decision-making body in the Students' Union. They represent you and your views in a host of different ways on issues ranging from social experience to academic quality, to liberation and much, much more. Student Parliament meets at least three times an academic year.

AGM

You can make a difference to how your Union is run by voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that takes place in the first semester each year.

Course Reps/Student Reps

As a Students’ Union we are responsible for training and supporting Course Reps across the entire University, working with academic departments and professional services to help students make as many positive changes as possible.

Elections

The Union is led by one elected officer – the President, so keep your eye out for elections and get involved by either running for an Officer position or voting for your favourite candidates

Speak Week

Speak Week Is your opportunity to give feedback about the University and the SU.

Student Life Awards

The Awards are a student led celebration of teaching excellence and academic quality, a wonderful chance to recognise the very best of Bolton’s staff and students.

SU on Tour

Speak to your SU President and the Engagement Team about your student experience, positive or constructive, and give feedback by completing a quick 'SU on Tour' form.

Suggestion Boxes

Share your suggestions through our suggestion boxes located on all campuses.

If you would like to know more about any of the key activities that we do, please email the SU: - info@boltonsu.com
