Student Feedback Form.      

This form is for academic issues that affect the cohort and will be used by the Course Rep to raise any issues at the next SSLC (Student Staff Liaison Committee)

SU On Tour Form                 

SU on Tour is a way for any student to report academic and non-academic issues, for example car parking, catering on campus, facilities or specific course issues.  Give the form to the Students’ Union and we will liaise with the University to                        resolve the issue.

Course Rep Feedback Report

This form is to be completed by the Course Rep at the end of each semester and given to the SU.
